Hope this helps someone out there (hopefully you will never see the Major ones!).
Vauxhall Vivaro Warning and Indicator Lights are very important so take notice of them when they appear and take action.
This should also be the same for the following Vans;
Renault Trafic Dashboard Lights Overview.
Nissan Primastar Dashboard Lights Overview.
Fiat Talento Dashboard Lights Overview.
Dashboard Light Colours explained.
RED - Stop the vehicle and check immediately. Critical or major damage could occur if you keep driving.
YELLOW - Important, check out as soon as you can, keep an eye on this warning light.
GREEN or BLUE - Information only.

Plus the fuel light means its low not empty. Average range for this van when light goes on is 10-20 miles.

Great video can I ask a question, the coolant level light (the one beside the fuel levels light) on mine is at zero but when I check the bottle it still has enough coolant in it?

That’s coolant temperature not coolant level. It should go up to halfway when engine is warm then stabilise

Yes that’s normal, only if it stays lit will you have an issue

Thanks for this. You said the coolant temperature should be between halfway and 3/4, mine is always at 0 until I've been driving for a while, is that a problem?

Prob just a coolant gauge that’s a bit sensitive. As long as it eventually moves then not a problem, means the coolant is moving round the engine.

What if the engine coolant light is blue? Vicariously 16 plate. Came on for about 2-3 mins.

Not sure, to me that would indicate it’s just a really cold day and engine hasn’t warmed up yet, but I’ve not seen that. Have a look at some Vivaro forums see if you can find a reason.

No I expect that means it's due a service. Oil would be the car oil red warning light, that would stay lit.

I'm afraid I don't, it's probably an OBD2 computer setting you can change.

Mukesh Mangre At what time is it in this video? Sounds like oil pressure warning. Check oil level on the dipstick, if it's low on oil it will need topping up.

Mukesh Mangre - One detail not mentioned in the video. Light colors are extremely important. Just like on traffic lights... RED - STOP and CHECK/correct condition immediately. Critical failure, major damage can occur if not attended. YELLOW - Important condition should be checked/corrected ASAP or kept under close scrutiny, like in the temp or fuel level. But usually not critical as in "it will blow up right away". ;-) GREEN/BLUE - Merely information. ex. lights on, blinkers, etc. To Lurgs: Very well done video. Simple clear and concise. Yes it’s probably a warning regarding the ABS . Any red warning lights lit are bad news but I think those two are yellow so get it looked at as soon as possible. An OBD2 reader should tell you what the issue is.

You can’t. This is editing, although most of the lights should pop up when you first switch it on.

@@LurgsHowToGuides you can check them. With the ignition off, hold the trip button on the dash and then put the ignition on. It'll do a self test.

Sucking sludge from the bottom of the tank is utter trash and totally not true. Tanks are pumped from the bottom, even if the tank is full the low pressure pump is in the bottom of the tank.
