Hi Geo. I find your videos extremely useful. For instance, I travel a lot, and I mean a lot, so I use stick soaps. I used to do it where I wet the stick and my face and then rubbed the stick to get the soap on my face. I tried the method you showed in this video today and found it a far superior method. This is what I will use going forward,.

Welcome to Greece Geo! My brother studied Math there. Samos is a low profile island. A northerner island Lesvos creates soaps called Faena. Also a southern island Kos creates soaps called Kerkini. Have a nice vacation!❤🇬🇷

Hey, I'm new to the world of wet shaving. Why are you shaving 3 times? I can understand the 3rd, against the grain one, but the second one confuses me. Wouln't just going once against the grain be sufficient? Thanks!

I have tried both. Across shaving helps tremendously and makes my third pass against the grain more effective.

I'm also new definetly better shave I don't go against grain however, I find it grows better as well, bit like mowing the lawn.

The first pass usually is "With the Grain" -- WTG...you follow the path your hair grows. 2nd pass is "Across the Grain" -"XTG"...Then your 3rd pass gives you the baby smooth feeling after shaving and is known as "Against the Grain" - "ATG"...It's your choice. If your smooth enough after the first pass or second pass, you can finish the shave.
