I often use an array variant to get a lot of data from a sheet, then work through the array to get the bits of data i want (e.g. I have non consecutive columns i need to get the values from). I do worry that this approach may slow the processing a bit, but I'm not sure it does - and it's gotta be quicker than reading the cols from the sheet direct? But I'm not sure if there's any other better way to do it.
