How if I already have data in userform then I want only if I import the file of that excel the data of that will be added only to the last record? What piece of code do I need to put?

Sir your video is appreciate, I have multiple excel invoice files in excel in which i have Client Name in A Column 13 Row. invoice No in H Column and 3 Row, Invoice date in J Column and 3 Row, Net Taxable Amount in K column and 33 Row, Tax Amount in K column and 34 and 35 Row, Gross Amount in K column and 39 Row.
