It's "Múa", I guess :) It's different with "Nhảy". In English, both of them were called "Dance" in general. "Múa" is softer and more traditional than "Nhảy". "Nhảy" is like kpop dance.
It would be better if the women did the same with áo tấc of the Nguyễn dynasty and pre-Nguyễn clothing like áo giao lĩnh/áo viên lĩnh, a part of our long heritage that has been forgotten and are totally unknown abroad. The modern áo dài was created in the 1950s, it is quite recent. It will show people in the west that Vietnam doesn't only have the modern áo dài as traditional clothing and will break this reductive and stereotypical image of Vietnam.
