​@@EroBotan long story short, Aki-chan doesnt mind being boss or not but no one wants to be boss from the remaining two (ABO & Reid). they were about to disband on the 3rd day actually because there was a gang creation limit and they werent able to find members from the first two days and they were having so much idle time on their streams rather than doing stuff. after that, they were given good news after another and here we are.

Aki is the boss for simple reason that ebio (the blonde guy you mention) want her to be the boss, even when they wanted to create a gang and ask zerost's group to make 7 person gang instead of 3 person gang, one of the ebio's condition is akiroze is the boss Aki herself is really new in gta online, so ebio have been the one who lead the entire thing while slowly teaching aki and reid how to do crime, the guy is one of the criminal support (the person who guide others on how to do crime) when the server started and stopped when the 3 decided to make a gang

Mybe bcuz in ark she's the boss so why dont make the ark boss to be gang boss too

Aki-chan didnt mind being the boss or not in the first place but when the original three was just starting, both Ebio & Reid agreed that if they were to create a gang, Aki-chan is gonna be the boss. Ebio's (the blonde guy) initial plan on playing at the server was to join a small gang anyways and teach them the Criminal Ways. . on their 3rd day, Ebio was actually losing interest in playing because there was no way for them to create a gang because of the gang creation limit + there are only three of them + hearing the sad news of his Dai-senpai Yuki Chihiro announcing graduation that made him cry at the start of his stream. . i think Aki-chan's eagerness to create a gang by asking the admins directly and even being new to the game, her positivity on wanting to do stuff and learning a bunch rubbed-off on Ebio that made him continue to play. ShibuHal on the other hand was playing as a mercenary after his gang disbanded, both him & Lauren was hired by Ebio to help them on their first Oil Rig Heist. he found the gang amusing to play with and ultimately decided to officially join them.

You had know one or two about the one who actually working in the behind of gang matters in movie, manga or alike is actually the "secret boss", thats Ebio (the blonde guy) maybe. Aki sure had some like figurehead aura around her, but her demeanor and approach about other member is very nurturing, caring and very supportive as hell. So other member very respected her. Ebio said even after VCR GTA, he cannot called Aki other than "boss" because he really love his boss (respected) so much because Aki charisma. Ebio said, if its not Aki as their boss, Neo-Police probably would not that big. Lets say, Ebio was technical advisor, Aki right hand man, and Reid was her left hand.

I think the idea is it gets jammed in the passageway under the bridge by the highway. So it prevents cops from getting easy access and can also be blown up if the police try to approach from that direction. At least that's the technique they were using in the first VCR GTA server. Not sure what they used the other one for. Maybe a similar blockade in the sewers.

10:00 you saw where Beni-sama died right? that's the nearest entrance going to the Union Safe where Aki-chan was hiding, the Tank Truck blocks the passage and prevents police cars to enter without moving the truck. and if police sneak to enter the passage, there's very little space for them to move around and is very risky since the gang members can camp just near the truck's drivers seat and shoot anyone who tries to enter the passage or move the truck. . Shooting the truck until it explodes for it to despawn like what Beni-sama did however will give the gang members information that the Police is already there, which lead to Toto-san(Totomix) getting alerted and flanked them leading to both Beni-sama & Ichinose getting downed.

as goofy as clipers show people doing silly thing and chill in GTA, those people are cracked heads at GTA (not their first time playing the game), Ebio and Shibuhal are those true "gamer" guys. @@klamonokia

not much, because they need to divide it to another gang because they collabing to do the heist. but what matter is they were success.

Police steel veichle can't get in, police must went through small space besides truck that will makes them an easy shooting target for gang member
