Hi, you said hat the akai amx is back in production, could you tell me where you get that info because i cannot find it, or can you suggest a similar model?

It seems to be in Danish online stores. Might just be leftovers...

Is the timecode-beep present all the time? I hear the beep all the time in the video. Or doesn’t it sound in the speakers? I guess you can use CDs with time code too. I have 2 old pioneer cd-decks and have a lot of old music digitalized.. I’ve seen videos using cheap usb soundcards instead of a more expensive rekordbox/denon de-dvs-card

The timecode sound in the video is picked up directly from the needles - it's not in the speakers

Hi, does VDJ automatically works with Akai AMX or you had to do some programing/ midi mapping? I mainly curious about VU meters (lighting that shows volume) - do they work rom the start?
