Dragi prijatelji, kako starimo i organizam počinje da slabi, nema više one mogućnosti koji je imao ranijih godina. Ljudi kažu; sada počinje „ krparenje“, to znači da smo sve češće kod doktora, da nam oslabio imunitet, oslabila bešika, popustile noge i još mnogo toga. Ali dragi prijatelji,budite aktivni u svim sferama života, ovo je najlepše doba. Da bi bili zdravi prohodni ja vam predlažem kućne vežbe za vaš organizam i telo uopšte. Ja to radim oko 2 godine i mnogo mi je bolje, ne boli me više kičma, vrat se ne koči više, cirkulacija u nogama je 80% bolja, mada ostaci crnila na nogama se još vide. Dragi prijatelji, zdravlje se ne može povratiti za 5-6 dana, samo se setite da to isto zdravlje godinama izgubljeno postepeno. Medjutim i pored vežebe koje ćete videti, obavezna je i šetnja po čistom vazduhu najmanje 1-2 sata dnevno, jer znam da imamo vremena. Želim vam uspeha.

I've been doing it for about 2 years and I'm much better, my spine doesn't hurt anymore, my neck doesn't get stiff anymore, the circulation in my legs is 80% better, although the remains of the blackness on my legs are still visible.
