I just don’t get why they changed Chucky to be boring and all slice and dice based when his kill rate was low for most killers and it’s still low now but people still complain about him

Vecna himself I feel is strong but not too strong. The only problematic thing i think he's brought has been Weave Attunement. Even though it has counters you don't come across the Franklin's/Weave combo enough to warrant running a build to counter it all the time

They should have buffed the magic items. There's no reason for them to be nearly useless when he can disable them for 60 seconds. Buffing the magic items might just be enough to push his kill rate down a few %.

Against brand new survivors Vecna is a god. Against experienced survivors you really have to use your brain

I feel like a group of people in my opinion don't know how to use him. I feel like he is really easy to counter. You crouch when he has the skeletons, (assuming no addons) you loop around if he holds the pallet. etc. In my opinion it is not that hard

As a Vecna main, I think Vecna is in a decent spot. His Iri add-ons could use a look at though. You won't know if he has low skeletons, or mage hand blocking and destroying pallets before it's too late. I don't use them though, bag of holding is low budget Lethal Purser, so that's my #1 add-on. He is a killer ruled by cooldowns. He is only as powerful, if he has his spells. Mage hand being 4 second is just barely enough for most loops. Skelton's at pallets drops, or lower elevations is real good. But a good SWF, and a good map, will always rule supreme. Vecna can try to body block with fly, but if he doesn't have it, god loops are still god loops. Skelton's can only force them to lose so much distance. Overall, if you understand him, your gonna live a good bit, make him hate those cooldowns. If you don't, you will lose very quickly.

These numbers are flat out botched. I think they need to factor into it. How many of these people are new ppl. You can't compaire skull merchants kill rate. If all the survivors are blueberries. A lot and I mean a lot of older players. Ppl with more hours. Have been steadily quitting since last year. They need to compaire pros vs pros with her to see the real kill rate.

hex perks have needed a rework for YEARS. killers gave up on them long ago. not sure what to say about boons. they take too long to set up and are easily removed. not worth using either. i will say i doubt the skull merchant rates are that high. as far as vecna, every time i face him all i do is search chests. then our team dies. all want to do is look cool with magical accessories :(

I'm not a fan of these new batches of killers having multiple abilities to choose from, just makes them overly powerful compared to the earlier generations of killers

What I wouldnt mind seeing nerfed: 1. movement speed while casting flight of the damned. Its free distance unless the survivor dodges in between. 2. I dont wanna see the mage hand when vecna is faking it. That shit is confusing.

Whenever I have played against vecna I usually have fun. Many people have done a good job of faking out the flight of the damned. I have only played as vecna once so far but I really enjoy him and I am hoping to get used to his power.

I couldnt play when he came out and now the eye-hand coordination achievement (scaping with hand or eye of vecna) is laughing at me, while i cant get any game at all against Vecna and the rare ones i get we get rolled in good old solo queue, kind of a dick move to make and achievement that doesnt depend on yourself and requires to go againts a certain killer, not gonna lie, i dont remember any other killer having that.

As a Vecna main. I win every single match and his iri add on make it impossible for survivors to loop him. An example of this is the ire sword. When you break pallets rather then resetting them. If survivor tried to vault it. All you have to do is yes mages hand to break the pallet and it blocks the survivor and boom you catch them easy. Preventing survivors from healing with the ball, blocking windows and the skeletons are all op if you know how to use them

Grim pantry totems are so hard to find... except for my devour hope which spawned on the hill in the middle next to the gen 😂

All I can say is that Vecna is one of the best killers and he's unstoppable if played right. Which is cool. But I do think that he is really hard to master and I don't know... He seems just like a mini Nurse... I think he is exactly like her if not worse. So basically he is a really great high A tier killer or maybe even S... He's just unstoppable because he was designed like this. The thing that he can raise pallets or maybe block pallets in his power is pretty strong in DBD and this feature is really hard to counter because every time Vecna does this at exactly perfect time, he just gets hits for free. Especially that I kinda found that Bamboozle is one of the strongest perks paired with his Mage Hand power. He is basically unstoppable and new players will always but always struggle against him. Experienced players may make chases longer... I will stay with what Otzdarva said in a stream... Killers are designed to catch survivors at some point... And they need to be able to catch survivors... I would say, maybe the devs need to remove the feature that let's Vecna block pallets. And maybe that will balance things out. I said only the feature that lets him block pallets, not the one that is letting him raise those. Or maybe have like an add-on for the mage hand who you can switch between only blocking pallets or raising them per game. Not both, just one. Just like Freddy with his traps or fake pallets, only one per game, not both at the same time. Unlike Freddy, Vecna still will be a strong killer, but more balanced. And btw, I play Vecna. He is one of my favorite killers, because I really love these killers with really complex powers. So you could say that Vecna is my main killer.

i cant wait for them to nuke vecna like they did skull merchant to the point he's unplayable...joking aside, his use rate being only 3% is wild, that explains why his kill rate is so high. Skull Merchant's kill rate is exasperated becaus her extremely low pick rate, i dont understand why they dont even take that into consideration. No one picks her, except people that put time and effort into learning her, so she is picked very seldomly and only by people that have mastered her. people dont face her enough to properly learn facing her because her low pick rate and they just DC or sacrifice themselves on hook to not deal with it, its inflated as all hell.

I like playing against Veckster... His powers are easy enough to counter. Also i never touch the special chests, i feel theyre just a distraction and if you took them out the games would play out much the same ... Aaaand i dont even think DandD belongs in the game. Its not horror. Lol but im sure youve heard enough about that

66% is starting to push it. I would have liked to see the add-on data. Are any of those overperforming? We've seen the devs hit add ons first in the past. I imagine that would have been harder to put into a neat info graphic. I think we need more time as the player base learns to play against the Lich. Also as far as hexes, maybe it's me, but I have so many killers that use Hex: Plaything in my trials.

I like vecna but the major thing I don’t like is the survivors can just crouch dodge his projectiles, that’s garbage

Personally speaking, Vecna seems to be another one of those killers that, if you're in a full SWF squad he doesn't seem all too bad to deal with. The flipside though, if you're solo or in a duo, he becomes very hard to deal with. Not to mention, he does also seem like a nightmare for new players because there's so much going on in a Vecna match and with all the magical items to remember. EDIT: Overall though, I think Vecna is in a decent enough spot. Just think he can be a little much for brand new players.

3% pick rate for Vecna, a rather powerfull Killer. Lets nerf him, so the pick rate drops under 1%. Same for Skully. The nerf to death is announced. So we will see her never again.

Vecna is a good killer. It though significantly change between decent and too strong based on the player. I went vs a P67 Vecna and he was brutal. The way he switched and used his powers were OP IMO. It was impossible to do anything vs him and my team was not bad .. he was just that good. So, Vecna needs to be tuned down because he has many powers instead of one ability and a good player can use them to dominate.

To strong,dark Lord is very op as well.
