Rob Upton exactly, I bought the USD 6 but the instructions are crap. No specifications of any kind. I just want to know my oil volume and if they came shipped with oil in them or not.
Видео " как смазать пружину в ДНМ 8. Действительно, китайцы очень странные люди, другая планета.....Весь мир интересуется, сколько масла в демфере, какой вязкости, а тут об этом ни слова.
I have zoom 660s USD invert dual crown, when seated on mtb, the left hand side fork, has slight movement, when wheel comes off ground it makes a clunk sound, I want to disassemble but don't no how to, I think it's the bush either needs replace or tightened ?? Also, there are no air intake valves anywer on the forks, any1 any ideas? ? I think they myt need replacing altogether! ! These are solid good forks tho,; apart from the problem!! Any suggestions please guys??
hi i dont own this fork but its probably due to the coil rubbing on the inner side of the stancion, an easy fix would be to add lots of grease like they did in the video. that is what i did to a simalair fork and it worked like night and day, hope this helps!! gl
Porfavor alguien que hable español, me dice donde encuentro todas esas herramientas para hacerle mantencion a esta horquilla??, o que herramientas nesecito, gracias.
Hi, is this normal my fork travel is only half way Of the tubes?the suspension is extremely harsh on small bumps! I see that's the exact symptoms of a suspension needing a burp...I understand only rebound is an air system, should a burp on this side could still help? Why I can't fit a zip tie to make it burp like a regular air fork?
That’s all that is in these things stock, no oil at all. I finally added 1 oz. of gear oil just to lube up the sticking fork seals. Way better now. But these are heavy and low quality forks, but definitely open up the fork caps at the top and add a small bit of gear oil. I used what I had laying around, 10w40 motul synthetic. Good luck!
Wait, what? All that is effectively done is Removing a ton of grease from the springs and then putting the same insane amount back on them. Everything else is assembled dry or just with grease? No lubrication oil? The other leg is just supposed to be held under water for 1h and you have to check if air bubbles?
So, this fork sticks at the top on mine right out of the box. LIke I have to pull up a bit for it to go all the way out to full extension. So I'm losing like an inch and a half of travel. Is this happening to anyone else?
@@Vectorebike I put air in it a few weeks ago and I don't think it made that much difference but I'll check it again tomorrow. What's the maximum amount of pressure these things can handle?
