The Twitch streamer Vedal has created an AI called Neuro-Sama and during the recent Subnautica stream the Neuro bread arc came to a sudden end. To watch Neuro&Vedal live: / vedal987
Neuro was baked into bread, and then got soggy and disintegrated. Vedal simply just replaced her with a backup version, meaning the original Neuro is still dead. :(
Write the book you'd want to read. Code the game you'd want to play. Plan the stream you'd want to watch. It's great advice for creatives, but there's a corollary that goes mostly unnoticed: If you wouldn't want to watch your own stream, you should probably change what you're doing. Vedal was absolutely right to ditch this angle as soon as he himself was bored or otherwise dissatisfied with it. There's always going to be people who want the abandoned project to continue, and that's completely understandable. But if the creator isn't enjoying himself, you'll get the most pale, uninspired version of that arc if you force the issue. Better to call it quits while the joke is still funny, than run it into the ground and sour the whole experience posthumously.
This would be better if she was dissolved at the END of this stream and there was an Evil Neuro "evil scientist" stream bringing back Neuro with evil experiments 🙄
@@Citrusautomaton That's what I assumed for the court stream, that it will be just one of those boring theme streams. And we got some great roleplaying from the tutel, guests and just overall good preparation, which made it one of the best streams he ever did. Don't act like he never does stuff properly.
@@TheTsuyuki Well, he is able to plan things out. The difference here is that the court stream was improv, while the bread situation kinda had to be more scripted. I understand his pov. Personally not a fan of scripted content, when the content itself usually isn't scripted.
I’m perfectly fine with this ending. It’s not like “wow, Neuro’s bread now” wasn’t going to get stale (pun intended) after a very short time. I’d say that Vedal’s very noble for taking the bit behind the shed and blasting it with a 12 gauge as soon as he got bored with it.
@@QuestingTruck: Exactly. "Hey, guys, look, she's back!" would have been very much in character for him, so I daresay we should take what we can get! 😄
