@@anusaurabh2437 u shd chant this as follows; Fix one time in a day, preferrably early morg 3am to 6 am..( can extend till 8 am and eveng 5 to 8pm) You need to to chant 500 times per day.. 16 days (1cycle).. U can take 4-5 days break then again start same way 3 cycles will complete one mandala.. Or continue 40days without break... Or u can minimum 108 times daily full life.. Hopefully this will help you..
