Tubo is a great designer, her pieces are luxurious she is quiet but good at what she does. As a fashion designer you have your customers. The sky is big enough for everyone it's a matter of choice.

The thing is if chioma doesnt like it they would re-design,so technically chioma approved of the design so they went ahead with it, they might have given her something better but she chose what she likes
Who is saying that. Abeg,I loved all Chioma's outfits. Tubo did a great job in making her look classy. I like that fact that she did do too much, just the right amount of sophistication.
It is not a must that veekee James should make all designs for celebrities in Nigeria and diaspora. Come to think of it, If all designs are left for veekee to handle, where's our place as upcoming great fashion designers? ✌️
Chioma needed a decent and classy dresses like I heard chioma long ago have been saying she will definitely be a Tibo bride. The dresses are beautiful and African touch. Look at Rita Dominic trad designs are still beautiful till today. Atleast veeke design Davido sis dress so wat r will saying

True. They believe fashion is being too much. They end up combining excess details in one dress and end up looking funny. They don't know simplicity is beautiful. Chioma's white outfit by Tubo was magnificent.
Yes, it’s ultimately up to Chioma to choose the designer to work with…..yes, Tubo is a great designer and classy too….but honestly, I felt Chioma could have turned out better especially knowing that she could afford any designer on earth!……it was an anticlimax. Luxury is luxury whether understated or full on glamour….we should feel it. That said and done , all great designers sometimes get it wrong. By telling us her clients are silent movers and shakers tells us that yes Tubo is not a joke and we know it, she is a top notch designer but the fact remains, we were underwhelmed with Chioma’s outfits. It happens…..Tubo, hold your head high and keep on making magic….this doesn’t define you. ❤
And what I observe dz big society ppl love privacy not one that shows off before the customer put on their dresses. If Davido wanted veeke he would cos she designed one of his dresses in his musical videos and the cloth was everywhere in veeke space which I wasn’t to cool to about. So they choice and preference
Tubo’s clients are rich rich. Silent money. Tubo has her own style that speaks to Chioma’s personality that is why she was chosen. Veekee is good at her craft and has her own style and strength. The bride chose her designer
Honestly, Tubo is a great designer but you see that Chioma’s traditional outfit, some sent me the picture and said ´why did they not complete her outfit before she wore it’ that’s how unsuiting it looked on Chioma’s body.
I feel chioma went for Tubo because she wanted to wear a dress that has only what she envisioned for her big day not what a fashion designer wants her to wear. Tubo did what chioma wanted but veekee James would have done the Veekee James design instead and not what chioma wants. To cut the long story short, Chioma went for a designer that would not take the glory of her big day.
If na veekee James mke chioma wedding clothes we for no hear word.. I thank my stars say she no make one... She makes too much noise and it's unprofessional and too prideful

@@Asabi31 that's not my point Being an exceptional designer is one thing (which veekee is already) but promoting it in a annoying - attention - seeking-prideful way is another thing I used to like and admire veekee until I noticed something else about her that's damaging her image and brand and she is reallllyyyy overdoing it

Veekee isn't the only top notch designer in 9ja. Tubo is 1 too. It's all abt a person's aesthetic -style. Ppl stop being myopic there's no wrong vendor. There're more important things to stress in 9ja.
Tube may be a big name but was the wrong choice to make the outfits! Habaaa, look at Sharon oja's outfits. Chioma's outfits couldn't come close at alllllll! Chroma, made a wrong choice whether she's big or not! Rita's outfits were the bomb then but only God knows what happened on china's own!
But honestly Veekee James should have styled Chioma...haba. Veekee James is on steroids. The big hands for join. It's not as if they money is not there?? Well as a second option, one year anniversary ceremony, VK should style Chioma. Tubo is ordinary, VK is flying..VK is even scared of her designs.
