250 gms Green beans
300 gms Carrot
300 gms Potatoe
250 gms Brinjal
200 gms peas
3 medium chopped onion
2 Tbsp Oil
250 gms whipped yougurt
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tbsp
Half teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Coriender powder
2 Tbsp Red chilly powder
Homemade garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Handful Coriender and Mint
Lemon juice
For Rice :-
2 Tbsp Salt
5 Cardamoms
1 Teaspoon Shah zeera
3 Cinnamon sticks
5 green chilies
Soaked Rice 800 gms
Oil 1 Tbsp
Half cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Yellow food colour
Freshly chopped Coriander
1 Tbsp Oil
