Hi I have two queries 1) Did you roast the sesame seeds before sprinkling on the disc 2) you suggested that we can keep the discs ready and fry anytime...so should we refrigerate the discs coated with the cornflour slurry and sesame seeds Kindly advise.
I tried this before watching this video and I remember I had similar steps. Somehow, my gold coins turned out to be very very oily. The taste was good, but every time I took a bite, it released a good amount of oil in the mouth. Any tips or any idea of what could have possibly gone wrong? Thank you :)
Mum this recipes very nice and simple but you are very easy to make also but the thing is it sucks lot of oil as we are very diet conscious what to do so that it does not suck so much of oil please just now
