You will need:
For stuffing:
Soaked soya chunks: 1 cup
Finely chopped onions: 2
Finely chopped carrots: 1 cup
Finely chopped French beans: 1 small cup
Finely chopped capsicums: 1 cup
Soya chunks: ½ cup
Roasted chickpea / roasted whole bhuna chana: ½ cup
Garlic-ginger paste: ½ tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder: 1 tap
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies: 4 to 5
Lemon juice: 1 full lemon
Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tsp
Salt (as required)
For cream sauce:
Cheese spread: 100 mgs
Grated cabbage: 1 small cup
Finely chopped onions: 1
Finely chopped capsicum: ½
Black pepper powder: 1 tap
Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
Salt (as required)
Preparation:
In a pan, add oil (3 tbsp) and let it heat
Add minced onions (2) and saute
Add chopped green chilies (4 to 5), garlic-ginger paste (1/2 tsp) and mix well
Add minced capsicum (1 cup), French beans (1 small cup) and carrots (1 cup)
Mix well
Add salt )1/4 tsp) and mix well
Add oil (2 tbsp) and mix well
Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes till all vegetables are cooked

In a mixer jar, add soaked soya chunks (1 cup) and grind to get coarse pieces
Add the coarse soya pieces / minced soya chunks into the vegetables and mix well
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes till vegetables are well cooked
Saute intermittently

In a mixer jar, add roasted chickpeas (1/2 cup), soya chunks (1/2 cup)
Grind to get fine powder
Keep aside the soya-chickpea powder

Add soya-chickpea powder (4 to 5 tbsp) and mix well
Add chopped coriander leaves (1 tsp) and mix well
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
Remove from flame and keep it aside to cool
Make a dough from the mixture
Take a good portion of the dough and make into cylindrical rolls
Place the on a plate

In a pan, add butter and let it melt
Place bread rolls and warm them evenly
Keep them aside

In a pan, add oil 2 tbsp and let it heat
Place the vegetable rolls and roast evenly till golden
Remove from flame and keep them aside to cool

To make cream sauce:
In a mixing bowl, add minced cabbage (1 small cup), red chili flakes (1 tsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp), finely chopped capsicum (1/2), finely chopped onions (1), salt (as required), cheese spread (100 grams)
Mix well to get a smooth thick paste
Cream sauce is prepared
Keep it aside

Take two bread rolls,
Slit them in the center keeping the bottom intact
Apply red chili sauce on the right side of bread roll
Apply green chili sauce to left side of bread roll
Stuff cream sauce on both sides of bread roll
Stuff the vegetable roll into the bread roll
Garnish with cream sauce, red chili sauce
Garnish with grated cheese
Veg Hot Dog is ready
