Namaste friends today i am sharing recipe of Vegetable Manchurian and Fried rice.. Fried rice recipe is quite unique since i have not used any sauce in it..Do try once ..I am sure you are gonna love this .❤️
Ingredients :
To make Fried Rice :
Boiled rice : 1 cup
Schezwan Chutney : 1.5 tsp
Oil: 2.5 tbsp
Fine chopped Ginger Garlic : 1 tsp
Veggies-
Capsicum : 1 small
Beans :2 tbsp
Carrot: 3tbsp
Onion:1/2 cup
Green peas :1/2 cup(boiled)
Sweet corn : 1/2 cup(boiled)
Salt : to taste
For Manchurian :
Manchurian balls :
Cabbage : 2 cup
Capsicum : 1/2
Beans :7-8
Carrot : 2
Onion : 2 medium size
Fine chopped ginger garlic :1/2 tsp
Salt : 1.5 tsp (or to taste )
Cornflour :2 tbsp
All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
For manchurian Gravy :
Sauce
Tomato sauce : 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce : 3 tbsp
Schezwan chutney : 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce : 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce : 1 tbsp
Cornflour slurry:
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp water
For gravy :
Oil: 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger garlic : 1 tsp
Garlic : 1 tsp roughly chopped
Onion : 1/2 cup
Beans :2 tbsp
Carrot:2.5 tbsp
Capsicum :1/2 chopped
Water :1.5 cup
Sugar : 1/4 tsp
Vinegar : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp ( or to taste )
