Vegan Banana Split  

Two of my favorite vegan food products (see stories for links) were used to make an incredible Vegan Banana Split! 🍨🍌🍫
We used →@Oatly vegan vanilla ice cream (oat-based)
and →@paschachocolate (vegan 55% cacao chocolate baking chips).
1- Split a ripe banana on a plate.
2- Heat ½ cup of chocolate chips for just under a minute while stirring. Don’t overheat because it will burn.
3- Drop three scoops of ice cream on the banana.
4- Pour the chocolate syrup on the ice cream (the chocolate will harden when it rests on the ice cream).
5- Add some fresh or frozen raspberries! 🤤
