Ingredients
2 cups of lentils
About 4.5 cups water
Onion (As much as you desire)
Garlic (As much as you desire)
Bell pepper (whatever color you want and as much as you desire)
Celery (as much as you desire)
No-Chikn Bouillon cubes (I start with about 3 cubes, if you don’t have, sub veggie bouillon!)
Cajun Seasoning
Onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne (optional, season to taste)
Vegan butter (sub oil)
Cornstarch (optional, to thicken)
