Beefsteak tomatoes - 2
Dried shiitake mushrooms - 5
Carrot - 1/2
Young ginger - a little bit
Baby bok choy - 3
[Seasonings]:
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Vegetarian broth (or water) - 300 c.c.
