ThePuppyLuver00 Do you like to suffer? If you don't like suffering then you shouldn't feed on it. However if you do like suffering then you deserve all of it. Don't be a bully that feeds on suffering, be vegetarian or vegan instead. Lessen the suffering and show that you care. It's hard to eliminate suffering because most of things here can feel, for example Rose have thorns showing a sign of self awareness of feelings like pain and will to live, that is why I try to eat fruits for I believe they were created to be consumed.
Stacy Viana Perhaps roses have some kind of understanding of pain but it is more likely the thorns are there through random mutation and natural selection. I think it's awesome to eat plants that don't destroy the plant but most people, let alone most vegans haven't even thought that far yet. Let's stick to getting people to stop harming sentient creatures.
Y'all should do "will it bread", like puree different foods (e.g. baked beans) and mix them into bread dough and bake it, or replace the water in dough with different beverages (e.g champagne).

i myself dont eat meat but god damn vegan "substitutes" taste shit compared to the real thing... just make dishes that dont rely on substitutes and you are fine going vegan.
I'm a meat eater and i completely agree. Dont listen to those dipshits. Vegan food has come a long way in so little time. I still prefer the real thing compared to substitutes. However, I do enjoy a lot more vegan substitutes now a days. I think what society needs to realize, is that meat industry itself is a terrible horrible planet destroying force. Any lightening of that impact will help everyone. Even if we choose to eat meat. We ought to eat LESS of it. The demand is destroying the globe. Meat is delicious and irreplaceable. Moreover, i do believe we should pull our meateating heads out from our asses and see what its actually doing for us as a species. IMO meat should be obsolete. Even IF it is so damn delicious.

If you want to live naturally, by all means get rid of all your clothes and live in the woods ;) Slavery was legal for hundreds of years, but that got abolished, didn't it? Granted it still happens, but the fact that it's illegal makes it much less common. As a species we learnt from our mistake, just like we one day will with the meat industry. It'll be a slow, gradual process over many years, but it'll still eventually happen. Especially with how unsustainable it is - animal agriculture accounts for 51% of global greenhouse gas emissions. It may be that we'll be forced to switch to a plant-based diet as a result of that.

Having a burger once or twice a week or a couple of eggs for breakfast once a week or a glass of milk every once in a while isn't going to dramatically increase your risk of getting those diseases. If you consume them in surplus (like most people), smoke them, or combine meat eating with other unhealthy habits, then yes, the following statement you made is true. The health benefits made by many vegans are generally over exaggerated, and generally compare healthy vegans to unhealthy meat eaters.

when I watched this video I became a vegan because of how much they liked the vegan food and now ive been a vegan for 3 months! pretty cool and easier than I expected :) kinda hard to find food at restaurants though, vegan is definitely not for everybody but if you're iffy about it just try it and if you don't like it that's okay too ☺️☺️☺️
it is really easy finding stuff to eat at restaurants they normally do at least one vegan option on the menu. have you tried peta they do a list of chains with vegan options.
I am trying parts of it like getting rid of almost all dairy but cheese getting rid of eggs for tofu drinking soy milk and I found the gardein line and the sliders were amazing

jukijunk There is a difference between what the actual food is made out of and the spices that go onto it. Spices had anextra flavour that compliments the main flavour.

Yeah, I'll never understand why people are arguing over a healthy lifestyle. My boyfriend is vegan and I love it since he helps me add more vegetables to my diet plus I realized I love tofu.

Nintendo Phoxly not all of the Vegan made food is terrible. Theres a huge gap between the different qualities of soy and soy products. Most vegan stuff you get in big supermarkets is just trash.
how about will it cake. blend stuff together or stuff a plain cake with the ingredient. 1. hot sauce 2. hard pasta 3. tea leafs 4. blood 5. fish or some type of sea food
