1. Take your pack of beyond meatballs I used two packs which made 24 meatballs.
2. Then drizzle your pan with olive oil then let it heat. Once hot drop your meatballs into the pan.
3. Drop meatballs in and cook for 5 min on each side. Then set meatballs aside and drop onion and green onions in the pan or whatever veggies you desire.
4. After onions are translucent add the meatballs back to the pan then coat in bbq sauce add 1 cup of bbq sauce then add agave or grape jelly to the meatballs.
