⚠️TMI! I mention in the video that the number one effect that I noticed while going vegan was the impact it had on my digestion. It is definitely a TMI conversation and not proper etiquette to talk about over a meal so I decided to mention here lol. Upon my very first meal and for the first three days, I had frequent gas--I'm cutting up right now as I type this lol 💨. I normally eat pretty well-rounded and have a proper BM around the same time daily. Well, once vegan, I was going #2 WAY more! At first, it was 4-5 a day 😮, and then tapered off to a consistent twice a day event. Though formed (barely), the BM's were way looser than my normal stool. This is to be expected since my fiber intake had skyrocketed. The frequency of the BM's eventually irritated my anus 😳, making the call to the porcelain throne even more annoying lol, I am so sorry and embarrassed to share all of this, but figured I would keep it 💯 lol. 🌱 #Veganism #WhatTheyDontTellYou
