If u ate paneer as a protein source, then it will leads to amino acid deficiency, meat and fish are the complete protein source, if you are trying to attain protein goal from veggies then you have consume 3 or 4 ingredients in it, like dal+veggies+and others, you have to found a another source for essential amino acids, it's quite expensive for people like us. ❤

Lemme just say that the topic of this video was so broad and yet you guys managed to discuss almost every human mindset that has been built regarding vegan/ vegetarianism. There were great, realistic points mentioned on following veganism and it being preached for everyone. I was raised eating non vegetarian food and had always questioned it. Now as I am older I recently started going vegetarian and it’s been quite a while. I completely agree with not spilling my reasonings or beliefs about what I follow everywhere or anyone. As you said I am privileged enough to have a family that supported me with this choice as well. But one common thing we all share is the mindset towards what we follow: if it gives you peace and health, that is that! Overall great takeaways for me na!!

Politics started with nationalism,skin colour,language and it has finally reached food too.People who are rich looked down on things that were easily available for the common man and labelled them as "special and unattainable " or something that should be kept as sacred. Extinction is secondary but people with a so called "upper class mentality" trying to seperate people based on their food preferences is alarming. Basically it is all about trying to fit in and some people forget their roots or their culture just to fit in and gain attention. People in our country shun western way of clothing and preach people to follow the indianised way of clothing. They are not ready to accept westernised system of education,clothing or medication but prefer to force people into veganism which was popular in western culture and brought into India by rich people. This model does not work for people of a country like India whose population mostly comprises of meat consuming people mainly because of availability. It is just a matter of availability and the end of the day nature will take all the matters into its hands whether you consume meat or not. And just because you do not consume something, does not mean you should look down on people who do it their way.

I find a lot of points vague or not completely logical in this video. I'll try to list some here. 1. "I respect your opinion, please don't force it on me" - if everyone had this mindset, no revolution would have begun. You take feminism as an example but feminism began by forcing people to think the other perspective. By character assassinating the chauvinists. It cannot be a personal choice when other lives are involved. Yes there is no black and white when it comes to opinions. But you gotta be open to accept the intention behind an opinion/idea. 2. "Desert la irundha enna pannuva? Survival nu varrapo okay. Otherwise wrong ah. Such a privileged mindset." You are right. Veganism is exactly about that. Unless it is required for survival, it's not a ethical way to exploit the lives of animals. 3. "Seri ninga vegan ah irukinga okay. Oru construction worker enna pannuvan?" - The previous answer is valid for this too. It is okay if it is required for survival. 4. "Why are you not talking about the oppression humans face?" - This is clearly a deviation from the debate. They say veganism is the right way. You should only talk about how they are or their ways are wrong/right as part of the same discussion. It's that simple. 5. The protein requirement you mentioned is suitable for people who want to build muscle. Internet is loaded with many "fitness influencers" these days who disguise body building inside "fitness". The actual protein requirement for a person to be just healthy is much less. I agree that the vegan influencers are extreme with their content. But extremism is/was essential at times in history to make people see your point. Even now, I am not saying veganism is the right way for EVERYONE. Vegan lifestyle is expensive and not easy at all. If we dive deeper, human life is almost impossible without animals. But everyone should focus on how they can REDUCE the harm they cause to animals up to the level possible for them instead of completely avoiding the idea. This is very much possible and logical for us, the evolved humans, to do. At the end of the day, world is not just for humans. You guys are doing a great job talking about these topics. I just want to let you know that even we can't consume panner lol because it's not vegan. It comes from the cow's milk. The vegan option is tofu(made from soy milk) but the protein level is comparatively lower than panner...and tofu is only available in some sort of cities..
