I'm backkkkk! Did you miss me? Because I missed ya'll! This video is all about updating ya'll on where I've been for the past couple of weeks, how I plan for my grocery store runs, my go-to items when stocking my fridge, and a trader joe's shop along.

OMG, you will loooove the garlic spread. I get it often, someone suggests eating it with TJ's jerk or plain plaintain chips & I haven't looked back since.. so good. Great snack!!! 😋

Congrats on your new home. I drive an hour to pick muscadine & scuppernong grapes and buy $100 worth when I am there. LOL I love those grapes. I saw someone on Instagram mention they juice red cabbage. I can't wait to juice that with some oranges and ginger and see how it taste.

Loved seeing your Trader Joes haul! I have to drive about an hour a way into New Orleans to get to the closest Trader Joes - I usually try to go about every 6-8 weeks, but after watching this, I think I may go this coming Friday when I’m off work 😋

I went today to TJ to get vegetable rice. I forgot to to look for tofu I got the Greek cumin chick peas and got home and noticed how much sodium so it will be small portions of it

Yess, thats something I noticed too with their frozen meals. I try to keep it at a minimum when I buy them because some of them have so much sodium.
