Thanks so much, Jim! Appreciate your kind words!! Since my last post below, ran another half, I'm up to my 49th 5K age group award, & 3rd in State (FL) in the 200, 400 & 1500 meter sprints, 4th in the 100 meters. My 100 meter time is :06 slower than personal records of NCAA track team girls listed in the 2012 USC Track & Field Media Guide. One thing to be "just" a certified personal trainer & running coach. Another to walk (run) the talk. ;)

j. you don't have to change your religion to enjoy this experience. There is some spirituality classes but they are all optional. The cruise is mostly about food and vegan lifestyle choices and there are a variety of perspectives offered.

It's a wonderful vacation cruise ship getaway and I feel amaze and excited to experience such trip like this. Meeting and knowing new faces of people is a wonderful thing.

Great speakers, events and food BUT horrible choice for a Cruise line. MSC ships are 6,000 passenger floating masses of chaos. Would attend again IF HHAS just took over an entire ship. With 2,000 participants on the 2024 which we attended, they could easily fill a smaller ship and deliver a more personalized experience.

I almost died of a colon blockage and saved myself from an ER-ordered hysterectomy, Just placed in my age group (1st) on Sat. in my 43rd 5K or longer race, then 6th in my age group in a half marathon Sunday. And my book was featured on p 4 of Reader's Digest tonight. It's been a great week, as it always is on a vegan diet. ;) As a certified personal trainer and running coach, running and eating vegan is pure magic.
