fully loaded, fully Vegan twice baked potatoes! These will bring a smile to your face & are hands down one of the most low effort, easiest recipes! I tried to keep it
C L A S S I C with my filling! So you will find that I used some very familiar flavors that go in the perfect loaded tater. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients used:
8 Medium Idaho Potatoes
Filling:
Inside of the 8 Potatoes
3/4 Cup Vegan Butter *optional!
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Vegan Cheddar
1/3 Cup Green Onion
1/3 Cup Bacon Bits (VEGAN!)
1/3 Cup Diced Pickled Jalapeños
Chives for Topping
Cashew Sourcream:
1 Cup Soaked Cashews
1/4 Cup Unsweet Plant Milk
The Juice of 1 Lemon!!
1 Tsp Pink Salt
