I'm so happy there's an actual vegan option for one of the Pixar Fest booths! I definitely need to try that and the option at Paradise Garden! 👏🏼 Also, I have been craving salads lately and definitely am taking some inspo from your recipe! 🌱

As someone with ADHD, I totally understand eating the same thing multiple days in a row. Yay for hyperfocus foods! Decision fatigue is real. ❤️

Are you going vegan to loose weight or just like vegan food? I eat mostly vegetarian but I do eat grass fed meat once in awhile 😊
