I make a very similar mayo. I use all your ingredients plus 1 tbs. Of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp of pepper. My recipe is from plant based dads. I am not a fan of chickpea salad. I use it in my tofu egg salad and it is delish
sometimes, i make tofu salad instead of chickpea salad...teeny tiny dices of tofu as the "white" and avocado as the "yolk." i'll bet acv and black pepper put your homemade mayo over the top!

chickpea salad is a staple in my house, and i LOVE the idea of adding protein via silken tofu! :) have you tried wil yeung's aquafaba mayo (yeung man cooking)? it looks delish, but i haven't tried making it yet....
I might try if I was making a huge recipe for a crowd, but the short shelf life the recipe claims wouldn’t work for me. I can keep my veganaise once opened a loooong time! Thx!
Please tell her to hold the seasoning longer to allow the camera to focus. As soon as it focuses, she pulls it away and I'm not able to see the label clearly only blurry. This happens on your other videos as well. Thanks a bunch and happy 10!
