The home itself seems a bit odd, for close to $1.2 million the fire hydrant is an eyesore, builder's really need to stop over exaggerating the prices trying to justify it using the luxury market tactic. This home is pretty standard full of cheap builder grade materials it's just bigger than your average 1800sq ft 🏠. Thank you for sharing👍

Awesome vid. Awesome house. Need a shower entry on both sides. Cable companies are going to wireless cable boxes so outlets are becoming obsolete. Yeah, railings would open it up. Feels too boxy with the walls. Backyard has tons of potential.

Underwhelming. That home did not feel custom. Builder grade cabinets and predictable granite. Jack and Jill should have double sinks. I don't consider 5,000 sq.ft. a mansion though. The extra space should have been a multi-gen. I need a full acre for the asking price. Where's the wood flooring? Keep up the good work Chakits. Let's see more/better types of these size homes. Especially with no HOA.

That downstairs office is oversized and the bedrooms upstairs could be bigger. Cheaply finished for the price too.

For a Las Vegas home, I love the space but there is no privacy in the back. I hate to say this because I know a lot of work went into building this. However, this is probably the first million dollar home that I am not really impressed with. Looking at the other homes in the immediate area, how is the value going to hold up? That front door is horrible. It looks like it should be on an apartment. How can you possible get any furniture worthy of a million dollar home through that door way. To me this looks like a $350k - $400k home with an extra 3000 sq ft. No crown molding, no canned lighting, no LED lighting, no ceiling coffers or styling, carpet, the bathrooms have standard "bath fitter" type tub and showers. The least they could have done was put in wrought iron railings. On top of that think of how much it is going to cost to landscape that backyard and pave it for RV parking. Not to mention even building the garage for the RV. If all of this were already done then maybe? It seems the price is based on sq ft alone.

Million dollar home, with a $50 dollar front door . Everything is cheaply done .

This house is not worth the price they are asking, perhaps, the lot is what raise the price of this home, I don't, see anything awesome about this house, nothing, nothing, the appliances, etc, disappointing home, I am watching right now on the large screen TV and there is nothing impressive, cabinets so cheap, lighting. ;(

Great Videos, But the "transformer" in the garage is for the doorbell. Converts 120v to 12 v so in case there is an electrical issue with the doorbell the person ringing it doesn't get electrocuted.

This is not a million dollar house. The finishing on this house can be found on a regular run of the mill houses.

House is no where near that worth that much. The fixtures r cheap, the kind u see in a much cheaper house, the walls r not painted and the floors r ugly, the only thing grande about this is the size and price. Good luck getting that price, the person is either stoopid, blind or has too much money.

Agree - railing instead of pony wall and the half wall upstairs. Also, the fire hydrant may be an eyesore, but I'd love the placement if I ever had a fire. For the full price there aren't enough upgrades in the visible areas - the kitchen backsplash of only 4", for example. Nevertheless, nice video as usual.

Everything in the home is builders quality not high end. Cabinets don’t even have soft closing hinges. Garage door opener cheapest available and not even each door has an opener. Pantry shelving very low end. For the price all you’re getting is footage not quality.

That lot is huge! It does have some great features (6-car garage 2 master size bedrooms, huge bonus/game room). I could see the potential there. You've shown smaller homes and older homes for over 1 million that have to have a ton of remodel or upgrades. This was fairly nice for the price.

Chuck this a nice home ,but it needs a lot of upgrades. Pony walls needto change to complete railings. More can lighting's. The jack& jill's bathroom should have double sinks ,cable in every room upgraded cabinets. The master bathroom could have been designed a lot more elegant. Plus the pool and backyard needs to be done. You have spoil us with homes in the ridges in summerland.. smile . Great video as always.

Love the tour! However Chakits, I'm spoiled, I want to see this house furnished!! Also, for a $1million home I want to see a better quality looking porcelain flooring. I totally agree with you on your carpet padding, I've been in my home for 27 years and I upgraded the padding, boy did it make a difference! Why isn't the laundry room upstairs where the dirty laundry is kept! Not in my top 20 favorite homes at all! Too masculine, needs more gender neutral touches!

There are ways to boost your WiFi signal so you can use watch tv in every room with out installing cable and have a good experience BUT you're still right because the average person is not tech savvy and they just want things to work. So having cable installed in every room is a huge benefit.

Hell if I was a kid I’d be playing stickball out there all day. No traffic how sweet. Beautiful home needs a pool a different front entry gate/door like you said someone can just open it. Outside I put potted trees or plants that one spot I put my bikes. You do show great homes.

The house looks beautiful. I just think that with everything being upstairs as far as the "living" goes, that they should have added a laundry room upstairs as well. Because from my understanding usually when the master bedroom is upstairs that would also mean that the laundry room would be up there as well. But overall greathouse.

I actually clicked on this video cause it is nothing like the other homes you show. This one looks run down, the street looks awful, the area looks plain. Nothing appeased me w this house. Those upgraded outlets look just like the ones in my apartment home. Lol Chuck, this mansion has the same quality as my apartment. I have that cheap thin granite counters, and I have quiet cabinets. This is high end for apartments, but it's not for a mansion .

I enjoy your videos, because I love houses. Weird, but I do. For that kind of money I'd expect the tubs to be cast iron, and the surround to be tile. It seems the builder cheeped out on a few things.

Chuck, the transformer in the garage is one of two things: doorbell or street number light that is required on all homes in Vegas. I used to live there and sometimes repair them.

As soon as I saw the plain front door, I knew the inside was going to be disappointing.

This mansion is nice!! The only thing I dislike is the all the smaller rooms. Why build a mansion when the smaller rooms are small. Not only that, the closet and restroom in each room are so simple. It's like those rooms are made for guests or storage.

Great video; no complaints about the tour. ...But who would spend $1.2 million dollars to live in the middle of the desert? The temperature is 101 degrees this week in Vegas.

I think 1/3 of the price must be the lot because the home is underwhelming.

The reason I like this guys reviews is because he looks at all the functional infrastructure, quality of workmanship, why having a water softener is advantageous, is the floor sealed, what materials cabinets and worktops are made up of, depth of sink and it’s functionality, shower case lowered, height of ceilings, make of AC, water heater, HVAC units, make of kitchen appliances and whether top or quality or not etc etc. I’ll be sure to seek this guys advice on moving and buying in LV.

Maybe I'm a bit odd, but I like the pony walls. I really don't need to have every area open, and it also gives me a solid backing if I decided to put Furniture up against it (that is if the pony wall was in a location where the furniture could go against it). These rooms do look a bit small to me with all the land this home has it seems as if these rooms could have been much larger. Nice home though. Until you said it I did not realize that there were just standard stock houses at this price point. I thought all homes at this price would be custom homes...Mind blown!

This home should have a full stove and oven with a pot fill and full exhaust fan. Nice home ,but the builder just cut to many corners for a sale. I say this because you chuck have done a great job in educating your viewers when comes to home sales . Smile chakits......

Been looking at homes in LV for a few months and to get a decent sized and quality home you have to go higher in price. You just don’t get enough for a million dollars anymore.

Even as small as 3k sq. ft . Agreed on the 800k offer .

a bit late to the show but you didn't show any other downstairs bathrooms apart from the on suite to the bedroom. Would've been nice to show what was through that other doorway in the kitchen.

My house 🏡 is a 6 bedroom 4bth I only paid 300,00 I feel builder over pricing these homes this home is just a little bigger than my home but not by to much if u upgrade more 💵💵💵💵💵🤮big house higher bills.that a lot of money for the basic let alone who can afford to buy an afford it🤒I don’t like the bath 🛁 room no toilet should be in the same place where u shower the toilet 🚽 should be in a separate small room🤮🍷🍷🍷

I agree with your pricing: they're asking a bit too much. Plus, I also agree that the entertainment should be on the ground floor. No one but the family should be upstairs. Those stairs should have been for a casita entrance. For me that would be a better floor plan.

Besides all the things everyone else has said... I don't understand outlets next to the dishwashers??? Seems very hazardous. Also if double water closet in the master then at least one should have a urinal. I do like the pony wall as is, allows for some privacy while upstairs. Agree entertain room should be downstairs, that to me seems like a great teen escape route🤷‍♀️

Definitely not a cast iron tub , and definitely not a 2" copper pipe..

I am good with the pony walls at the top of the stairs as it provides some privacy for the bedrooms, however a railing would be a major plus looking over the foyer to open that up. The contractor let some key upgrades out here that a home at this price point should have. The cabinets and lighting are not places to cut corners at this price point even if adding can lighting, better fixtures and better cabinets upped the price slightly. Otherwise I do like the courtyard but that cheap front door is inexcusable.

I agree with you about having the entertainment room on the first floor rather than the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is private. I don’t know why the builder would place the entertainment room on the 2nd floor. Doesn’t make sense.

The entrance/ foyer is less than spectacular imo. Not really feeling this one. But awesome video!

For the price and obviously good, solid construction the home is unimaginative and very generic. I’m very sure it appeals to the right family and will indeed sell and appreciate, but it just either needs awesome decorating or some more interesting elements that I imagined would have already been there…items like French doors vs apartment-style sliders, larger more gourmet kitchen vs the generic 21st century dual counters housing simply the basics, a more unique breakfast area cabinetry/counter area vs this plain cabinet just uninterestingly using space. This $1.2 million piece of prime corner real estate could truly have been a masterpiece. The two master bath water closets is, for sure, a great feature.

There is no artistic effort put into this house, it is as plain jane as a $ 200,000 house. In fact there are $2-300,000 houses that are more beautiful than this and worth living in. A $1m+ is not just about size its about the quality and attention to detail and of course location. However, the location of this house is also in one of the most undesirable climates in the US as well. That front door entrance is a freaking joke as well. Nothing about that front door entrance says $1.2 million, its as cheap and underwhelming as a $500/month apartment. I wouldn't pay more than $500,000 to $700000 for this house.
