In my home city Dublin they used to stock the river whit trout every Patrick's day been living in UK now for 12 years but EJ hit the nail on the when I was a kid we hit the river every Paddy's day just after stock to get some good fishing we bought our year licence from Rory's fishing tackle in the famouse temple bar only cost a couple of books bak then in 90s not sure if its still today been away now a long time
