Broly was born with a power level of 10.000, then end up having "immisurable" power level as a kid. Scouter seems to handle power levels of 6 digits (180.000 Goku Kaioken for example), which probabily mean Broly is >999.999 at the very least Vegeta as an adult is 18.000
Why people think ultra ego has low speed but the fact is his speed is equal to tui of goku but tui is a technique in which your body moves on your own just that a difference where goku has advantage
I think kid broly is stronger than kid as he ability in kid form that he can go super saiyan and kid broly solos all saiyan saga characters. As vegeta was shock to see that goku power level it's over 8000 . Now here broly kid power level is 10,000. Kid vegeta can't defeat kid broly
I am truly going to have to be honest with the last part. So when you Scale UE Vegeta He is only Low-Complex Multiversal even after Transforming. Now when you scale Broly While he is in FPSSJ He is Complex Multiversal. Making Him a Tier above Vegeta Meaning Broly Wins Mid-High Diff.
So If u had read manga vegeta vs granolah fight u had read the line 'How much damage I get the heat my body gets' means if someone gives him damage his body will take the damage like power so it is the plus point and if u look at broly's battle strategy he likes to give his enemy pain more than finishing them u had also seen in the fight that UE is in its first stage there is no mastery in it but in superhero he must had did some improvement in it where LSSJ broly is just started to train in beerus planet plus point vegeta has too much experience of fight which comes in a favour for him and broly has less than him.
