I will never understand why some people would prefer the tails of the super Saiyan to stay brown. Seeing Vegeta with his golden tail reminded me of the whole brown or blonde tails thing.
In case the anyone else who doesn't speak Spanish is curious... (spoilers!); the extra Spanish captions hold a secret when Trunks says "Father!" at the end, where he also says something along the lines of "I forgive you for making me inherit this giant forehead!" God, I love Lonely.
Honestly Vegeta feels like the one guy who deserved SSJ4 the most to me, more so than Goku or Broly. He's the Saiyan Prince and the only one who can control his Great Ape. Seems fitting that he be the one to attain the "true" ultimate Saiyan form.
The three characters I most want to see get it in canon: Raditz, Tarble, and Marron? “Krillin’s daughter? Dafu-” “Hey, Shenron, do that thing that’ll make Goten-sempai and Toriyama notice me!”
The reason Cell lost here, was because his tail was reduced to a hole, if he still had it as a tail, he could transform into perfect cockroach Donkey Kong, and Eliminate Vegeta. Or Donkey Kong Vegeta could use Bingo Dance and befriend everyone that could see him.
Not easy to write meaningful fights with it. At best the characters would want it to be a final last resort against an unbeatable enemy, but you can only do 2 things with it: win, or not win and do something else. We've already won with it in the saiyan saga, and gt did the other thing in the baby saga.
By the time he had the means he already had the Super Saiyan form in mine, so it would have been “useless” combat wise. I still think it’s weird he wouldn’t just for Saiyan Pride reasons, but I guess it’s fair enough.
If you want a non-lore reason, the artists(?) just got fed up of drawing tails (same with Cell's spots... or SSJ3's glorious flowing hair) that, and IIRC there was some discussion about "how do they get dressed with tails?"
@@mistashadow Well, considering that they don't even bother with the Super Saiyan 3, you aren't wrong on that. As for the question, the same way Bardock, King Vegeta, the Saiyan Race, or even Goku and Gohan as Kid get dressed with their Tails.
the monkey/donkey kong sounds, the fart noise when his tail grows back, Goku breaking all his fingers cracking his knuckles "he is a genuine idiot". all of it had me rolling!
I was waiting for the DK sounds as soon as I saw the thumbnail, but I'm very happy that Vegeta's Technique was correctly identified as the means of success.
Remind me WHY the series ventured away from Saiyans having tails? Because GX and all its crossovers with Super show that, for all of Goku and Vegeta’s efforts, they’ll NEVER reach their full potential without being able to tap into and master their Ozaru forms… Otherwise they’d be able to stack their SS4 (Which has already been shown to be be comparable to their god ki) with SS Blue.
@@WillWilliams420 He could just have them wrapped around their waist like a belt…. He’s done it before actually. Or maybe he could just give it them the power to grow and retract them at will. There’s a million different easy ways to fix that.
