Vegetable Butter Masala Maggi Recipe | Vegetable Maggi Recipe - Nom Yumm
Ingredients:
2 tsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.), chopped
2 packets of Maggi noodles
2 cups hot water
2 packets of Maggi tastemaker (included in the Maggi noodle packets)
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and green chilies to the pan. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add the mixed chopped vegetables to the pan. Add salt and red chili powder. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are slightly tender. Remove the fried vegetables from the pan and keep them aside.
4. In the same pan, add 2 cups of hot water and 1 tsp of butter. Bring the water to a boil.
5. Once the water is boiling, add 2 packets of Maggi noodles to the pan. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are soft and the water has mostly evaporated.
6. Now, add the fried vegetables back into the pan with the cooked Maggi noodles.
7. Sprinkle the Maggi tastemaker (from the Maggi noodle packets) over the noodles and vegetables. Mix everything well so that the spices are evenly distributed.
8. Add 1 tsp of butter to the Maggi and vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine and let it cook for another minute.
9. Turn off the heat and transfer the Vegetable Butter Masala Maggi to serving bowls.
10. Serve the Vegetable Butter Masala Maggi hot and enjoy!
