An introductory course to the beautiful art of lacto-fermenting. With Brigid LeFevre, who has 15 years of experience of growing and fermenting vegetables. In this course she’ll share three different recipes: mixed vegetables, beetroot-cauliflower and turmeric-cauliflower.
