Vegetable Fritter | Crunchy Bakwan Made without Egg
Here we go, this one is an easy recipe, Guys!
The result is awesome, crunchy and crispy on the outside, but juicy and soft on the inside.

Ingredient
Ingredients (Vegetables)
* 80 g Bean Sprouts;
* 2 spring onions + 1 celery leaf, chopped, optional;
* 100 g Carrot, peeled, coarsely grated;
* 150 g Cabbage, sliced, roughly chopped;
Ingredients (Flour)
* 100 g Flour;
* 50 g Rice Flour;
* ½ tsp Baking Powder;
* 200 ml or about ¾ cup of Ice Water.
Ground Spices
* 3 cloves of Garlic, puree;
* 1 tsp chicken or mushrooms broth powder;
* ½ tsp Salt;
* ½ tsp Ground Pepper;
* ½ tsp Coriander Powder;
* ½ tsp Sugar.
