Vegetable Kurma | NO OIL Healthy South Indian Vegetable Kurma Recipe by Food Better
Veg kurma is a side dish made with mixed vegetables, coconut, cashews & indian spices. This is a special south indian dosh served with Chapati, Poori , Appam or idiyappam
For this recipe , you will need
1. Potatoes : 3
2. Carrot : 1
3. Beans : 17
4 . Onion : 1/2
5. Salt and curry leaves
For the masala paste
1. Grated Coconut : 3/4 cup
2. Cashew : 8
3. Green chilly : 1
4. Cardamom : 1
5. Cloves: 2
6. Cinnamon
7. Fennel seeds : 1/4 teaspoon
8. Crushed Ginger and Garlic : 1 tablespoon
9. Curry leaves
10. Coriander leaves
11. Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
12 coriander powder : 1/4 teaspoon
13. Onion : 1/2
14. Water as required
