Ingredients
2 cups of basmati rice
4 cups of rice for cooking
for masala paste
1 tea spoon coriander seeds
1 tea spoon poppy seeds
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tea spoon black pepper
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 cardamom
3 cloves
little amount of stone flower
1 star anise
1 marathi molugu
hand full of pudina leaves
hand full of coriander leaves
10 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch ginger all together grind in to a fine paste.
tip_ after cooking done wait for 15 minutes. Then serve hot with raitha.
