Vegan for 7 years :) & I live on the east coast. Didnt go veg because someone tokd me to or it was trending, i had to for health reasons and later on started to become more compassionate for animals the planet and people. Best decision of my life. I respect others tho and dont try and change people only inspire if they are naturally inspired.

I seen an old friend on Facebook posting regularly about raising a pig and cow like pets... Then to my horror I seen her post and update of them AFTER the butcher. I only ate fish and chicken before that..but I was converted to vegetarian automatically seeing her poor pig and cow turned into packages of meat. 😲😢 Thanks Tony for reinforcing my new meat free diet.

Tony please keep doing this. I love the multiple camera angles. The music fits well with the atmosphere (even if it can be repetitive). And I love the way you guys are playing a game while talking, maybe do a different game every episode instead of the same game. But all around I think this is going to be a cool series. P.s.Did u stop the verbal cardio series? It's fine because I heard that you didn't want to do those any more, and even though I really liked verbal cardio a lot I want you to enjoy doing them, so it won't sound half assed.
