Veggie Rava Balls Recipe
*Ingredients:*
- 1 cup rava/suji (semolina)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste

- Oil (for cooking)
*Instructions:*
1. *Prepare the Rava Mixture:*
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of rava/suji, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1.5 cups of water. Mix well until combined. Let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. *Prepare the Vegetables:*
- In a chopper, add the carrots, capsicum, and onions. Chop them finely.
3. *Combine Vegetables with Rava Mixture:*
- Add the finely chopped vegetables to the rava mixture. Mix well to incorporate the vegetables evenly.
4. *Cooking:*
- Heat an appe pan (paniyaram pan) on medium heat. Once hot, add a few drops of oil into each cavity.
- Pour the rava mixture into each cavity of the appe pan, filling them up.
5.. *Cooking the Rava Balls:*
- Let the rava balls cook for a few minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
- Flip them using a skewer or spoon and cook the other side until it also turns golden brown.
6. *Serve:*
- Remove the rava balls from the pan and serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
