I think the reason why SSJ4 for Kefla was stronger than MUI was because of Kale's side, just the fact that she's so primitive in top of fusion multipliers just gave it a hidden multiplier.

True, thou once you go SS4 you can trap into the form without a Tail. Also if you go into an area with a high amount of "Bluckswaves" it will also trigger the form. And of course this is a Parody cartoon so anything is possible.
