Anyone that scales makes heartsteel strong. Thresh, nasus, senna and even bel. Nasus Q on the proc isn't fair, you can grab both demonic and a titanic once you hit a nice stack number and smash everyone. Being able to stack hp and still get ap and ad is super strong.

Day 41 of asking for ornn with Jak’sho. Since his passive increases armor, mr and health by 10-30% (based on how many items you upgraded) and the Jak’sho upgrades at level 13, you get super tanky and since most of ornns damage (w, brittle and ult) is max health damage and his e scales with resistances you will still do a lot of damage. And since Jak'sho recieved a buff in the last patch it's actually pretty strong on him right now

Can you do a full tank mordekaiser build? Would love to see how insane he could get.

One thing i'd like to se also, when building Heartsteel on mages, is how much physical damage you do by the end. When i played HS swain on pbe was like 20% of the total damage which was crazy O-O

I see Tank Veigar, i like. Came back to update. Good lord that was amazing. Ended with 1344 from Heartsteel, 364 from overgrowth so 1708 not counting the % bonus increased along with 760 AP ending the game. Wow, that's a chonky boy.

Winters approach on ranged isn't the most worth item because it doesn't give you a shield on immobilizing/slow effects. Only melee champions get the shield.

Riot probably thought heartsteel would be fine because BORK has existed since at least S3 and does %health damage, Yi does true damage, Darius does true damage, Vayne does %max health true damage, Kraken does true damage, Lethal tempo allows you to exceed the attack speed cap, Fiora does % max health true damage, Tryndamere does too much damage and can't take damage for a while, Varus does 100%+ max health damage, Pyke executes, Cho executes, Rammus doesn't die, Nilah does %armor pen built in, Morde and Darius both have %magic pen/%armor pen built in, etc. Tl;dr It's a skill issue and people will complain about everything like they always have until everything fun and unique is removed. RIP Static Shiv.
