valerie j meyers, from a quick google, was a woman from georgetown mass (in northern ma, where vein are also from) who died in 2021 (while they were making this album) who lived on Baldpate Drive, which is I think where “Baldpate Driver” comes from. she was 66 so there’s no way the sample is her unfortunately
