Omg you made it all so clear! I’ve been stuck for two days, I’m not a handyman or handywoman. I’m dyslexic to boot so I’m always having issues tightening bolts, screws etc. My bottom thanks you for this awesome tutorial. God bless. I subscribed!
Can't thank you enough. I installed it by myself by looking at your video, and it's working well. Jumped out of joy like I achieved something big in life 😂 Thank you!
Great addition to the factory instructions. I am only a DYI handyman but a pro plumber told me not to add teflon tape to a juncture that has other rubber seals. It only interferes with proper thread seating.
The tape helps. On my own I was gushing water everywhere. This video helped tremendously. I'd been down to 1 toilet for a week until I thought to youtube!😅
Absolutely clear instructions. This took me a little over ten minutes (based on a rewatch) and i didn't have to hassle my handyman dad even ONCE. Had a moment where I despaired that the holes in the toilet were too close together. Worries in the land!! ...until I slowly rotated one bracket to reveal a hole 😂😂 can't wait til my father sees my handiwork! Thank you! And tbis attachment js awesome. With my current water pressure, the lowest setting is just fine.
Man do I wish I had stumbled across your video before attempting this install myself. Would have made my life much easier!!! 😂 You at least helped me fix what I had messed up, so kudos!
Why does my toilet run continuously now, after installing the bidet? It's a new toilet and I had no issues before installing. I did everything according to instructions. Thank you!
Thank you! Thumb up liked , just installed successfully. No problem. Your video is superb. The only problem the world kid that the world that I have a bidet. Ha! Thanks again.
Very well explained. Thank you for doing this video. I feel like I can do this now 😆 I’m gonna give it a try without my husbands help. Surprise him! 🤣😂 oh boy! I’ll come back to tell you how I did 😂😂
The water shoots out the gap between the bowl and the seat due to the spacers to level the bidet after its installed (those 3 little gray feet). What do I do? I don’t want to towel dry my floor every time I use the bidet.
Oh great i copied you and finished it in 25-30 mins !! Great video with full clarity .. Really thanks appreciable !!Definitely SUBSCRIBE your channel right now !
So, do you use soap or a tool that will help you clean? Like I really don't know how to use it. You put your hands in there or it cleans you without having to touch yourself? - Does it make the water go all around your cheeks with feces? So many questions
Thank you for putting together such a detailed video on installing this! You saved me time and potentially a water leak in bathroom! How can I tip you?
Good video but. Only use Teflon tape where there is no rubber seal. And never on a plastic fitting, the plastic can crack. Never over-tighten ("your just in case") a compression fitting with a rubber insert as you will bind the rubber and create a leak.
Toilet won't drain all the way, would take like 30 sponges to sop it all up. Tank leaves like half a gal of water and bowl has like 1 cup of water. What do?
Nice instructions but to make it level with my toilet, which it seemed to not fit at all even with the little props, I put 4 washers underneath each bolt between the lid and the toilet when putting the lid back on
He put on the washer incorrectly. Remove the black washer it should be the pointy side down. Also, if its still leaking this may mean your threading is not threading straight. When you are screwing the T to the connector make sure it goes in straight as your screwing it in.
Question: I did this exactly and when I restarted the water down the line there is no leakage; however, the toilet will not stop running. The bowl is full, the tank is full, but it still keeps running. Has anyone had this problem before? I have to turn off water to the line to get it to stop once it's full. Not sure what I did wrong
I had the same problem you did with my seat not being flush. Rather than using those ugly bumpers, I found that replacing with a nicer wooden seat did the trick. It cost a bit more to do this, but the advantage is that I now have a slow closing lid. Two birds with one stone.
Great video, I have a bidet and switching it out to this one. I'm leaving the hoses on, this might be a silly question but do I still need to turn water off? The last time I broke the handle to the shut off. Now I'm scared to shut it off.
Yes u will still need turn the water off… for older houses turn slowly… I’ve had issues in older homes before where I would turn the valve off but water would still drip so I just had to quickly make the install before it got too wet.
