Jackie, I got a gift the simply shammy from SU. I’ve use it but when i clean it up with clear water when it dries the shammy is a little hard. Is this because it’s new. Thank you
It always gets hard when it dries, that’s fine, when you re-wet it, it will soften up again (just like a car shammy does). Make sure if you don’t use it to let it dry out before closing it in a case, if you don’t, it will mildew... Hope this helps you out.
