@Alex Zeta, how much average cost of housing in this Velmiro Agusan? And long term, water supply plan, Elevated water tank? where is the source of this? is it COWD? Right now in CdO water supply is a big problem. This will also be a big problem for Velmiro residence in the future even if you say they have deep well. Who will operate this deep well long term?
Hello. Houses in Velmiro Heights Agusan are at 3-7M range. They will have a water tank aside from deep well. The subdivision in front, Teakwood Hills, also gets their water supply from deep well and they don't have any water supply issues.
Does Velmiro have a project in a certain city that's actually fully done? It says in the description that this is their 2nd project so does that mean their 1st project is done? Do they have a website so we can do like a google walkthrough of it to see if the place resembles a little like the virtual tour videos? Atm I'm kind of disappointed at the live videos of Velmiro because all I see are half done houses full of dirt and scratches on the walls and doors.
