Small correction: the game started development in 2018. There is no link between its creation and the steam release of CW

Didnt know it started development in 2018, though from asking around it seems like it was made with Cube World as a large inspiration

This is due to veloren having its own homemade update system and launcher

The developers said they will only post the game on steam when they feel the game is in a good enough state for a official steam release.

not tryna be rude but id recommend possibly removing webcam because the camera isnt great but ur mic quality an voice is really good so the webcam kinda brings the quality overall down

Veloren is great fun but the big issue last time i played at least was that you can go from nothing to almost maxed out in less than a week of playing but that doesn't mean you can solo everything

imo veloren needs to be better. i meannnnn the animations like too smooth like i recommend them make it less smooth since it doesnt fit voxel. sometimes the boss just stands there like what? the frog boss should get like an attack that makes it bounce all over the room :0

I agree, there should be more thought put into the bosses. Rather than them seeming like any sort of enemy they should have unique things related to race / class
