Baran can’t get out of his mind that Dilan told her friend that she would never be his wife, so instead of showing her little gestures of how things could be better and different, he’s rude and distant. He was jealous of the doctor for no reason, yet he spends time with Serap and even hugged her. Apparently, Baran doesn’t know how to “read the signs,” so he confesses to his Dad instead of talking to Dilan. It’s a long, tortuous process, so you may as well prepare yourself. This series takes PATIENCE. Due to the acting of Baris Baktas, though, it’s worth it. Yagmur Yuksel evolves more and more, as well. Their onscreen chemistry is like no other. Phenomenally Magnificent! AMAZING!❣️🥰

I never tire of Baran's declaration of love for Dilan. Finally the full interpretation of what he said! The words are so beautiful. This is one of many of my favorite scenes from Season 1. Whoever wrote that speech needed to be commended of such words of beauty! Wow!!!!

Baris Baktas' eyes are the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. When he cries, his amber eyes turn into green...it's pure lush. The way he walks, the way he talks, the way he drives, his face, his hair, his hands, his voice, his posture...everything about him is beautiful. His performance as Baran is unbeatable in my opinion...fragility, vulnerability, uncertainty, anger, rage, despair, sadness, soothing, alluring...he nails every emotion. I like the chemistry he has with Yagmur...masculinity and power versus innocence and cuteness.

OH YES!! I too noticed his beautiful, eyes. I love everything about this actor. He is so perfect for the character of Baran. After ALL that she went thru in that house, just think about what Derya reminded her of, should she really just throw herself at Baran? No way!! Dilan suffered so much and she has every right to take her time and figure out her feelings. Until recently, Baran actually changed his attitude towards her. She had to get shot in order for Baran to figure out he couldn’t live without here. Dilan is NOT weak.

I now realized something, Dilan tried to ask Baran about serap just so she knows a bit about her to make her feel at home etc. Baran tells her serap is a decent girl she is not spoiled and that everyone in the family knows and love her and they will take care of her. She even suggested she can get a gift for serap and Baran shuts it down. Now idk if it’s the translation that is wrong but another reason why dilan does not feel like she is part of that family. She is baran’s wife and serap is Baran’s friend yet it’s like Baran doesn’t want dilan to get close to serap and telling Dilan everyone in your family loves her and will take care of her, how do you think that makes Dilan feels. Mm yet everyone feels sorry for Baran because Dilan said she will never be baran karabey’s wife. She is right, she doesn’t get the respect she deserves as his wife and why should she get it when everyone keeps reminding her why she is her and who she is

Baran is selfish he wanted to know details about Metin and Dilan but yet he can’t answer Dilan when she asks about Serap and him (upcoming episode) Baran tortured her over Metin and did not apologise properly to her. She said to Baran earlier ‘you don’t know me at all’ which is true because Dilan is an honest, innocent girl who has been thrown into this hell hole to be alone with no human to talk to.

It never ceases to amaze me the audacity of some women who has absolutely dignity, morals and pride. Regardless of what Azade with the serpent tongue told her if she had any pride she would not throw herself at Baran as it not about him it is about her as a woman and having respect for herself. In the real world what these type of women do not realise is that the men just use them and 9 times out of 10 they do not leave their wives. Due to me being involved in sport and always surrounded by many women and men and seeing how the women throwing themselves at the men without caring whether their wives/partners was with them was disgusting and despicable. However I personally heard the men making fun of these type of women which I found hard to hear but sadly it was the truth. No matter what and how we as women try to deny and ignore it, most men are not degraded by their desires like women are hence the reason we should behave appropriately. This is a fact. Stranglely enough men also recognise dignified women who they respect and treat accordingly. I salute all the dignified women around the world.
