I think you are right, but I also think she is too traumatized to see how much he cares. Baran has a very stoic façade because of the tremendous responsibility he carries for the tribe and for his family….including Dilan. @@kafilatadeshola3065 I was just thinking the same. I started to rewatch the series while waiting for the new ones to post. Baran never says he is sorry, He only says that he was wrong! (Which is true) I heard Dilan say she was sorry numerous times. And yes, his pride is so strong that it has in many instances outweighed his love. However, I have to agree with the original post because, having gone through a divorce myself, the worst thing you can ever do in trying to get attention from your spouse is to dangle the "D" word. It is manipulative and counterproductive. Dilan is in love with Baran!! She should have never approached it that way. Her jealousy and pride got in the way as well. She could have told him the truth!! Being around Sarap and seeing them together has become difficult because she heard Sarap say that she wanted to win over Baran. Being a faithful married woman, Dilan feels betrayed by Baran who is constantly spending time with Sarap right in front of her. It is a big mess because neither one is willing to admit their feelings for one another. Looks like Dilan is very discreet and cautious with affairs of the heart. Neither Baran or Dilan have any experience in being in a loving relationship; therefore the numerous mistakes and needless heartbreaks! lol

Baris/Baran takes my breath away; he's perfectly handsome by any measure: eyes, perfect shaped nose & face, hair, voice and his facial and eye expressions are uniquely Baris Baktas. He acts with every fiber of his being; he is a natural born talent. I've been watching movies for years and no actor American, Aussie or Turkish or any other comes close to Baris Baktas. He is in a league of his own. I think he would be a perfect James Bond, if the producers had any common sense.

You know, i sometimes understand Dilan, she's been through hell in that house. going back to the first episodes you can see how Baran never believed in her and never have a proper communication with her. He was the one with the last saying, even when they were investigated Derya for kidnapping Dilan, he never told Dilan the truth and let the poor girl suffer with sadness because she thought he didn't believe her. she loved him even her heart and mind are confused right now. i feel with her even though she annoyed me sometimes. is the scriptwriter's fault not the actors, they make them act like two stupid couples who do not know how to express their feelings, these episodes were the worst. even a child knows how to speaks up their feelings.
