Cevahir's means and methods to achieve his senseless avenge against Baran must be one of the most idiotic and ridiculous things I've ever seen in a series...and making Dilan not only extremely rude but also almost braindead is even more illogical from the writers' part. Good thing I adore Yagmur, otherwise 🤔 I like Kudret's father figure to Firat and Gul. He's like a proud dad with 5 children...and how the Karabeys have accepted Sabiha (minus Azade 😅). Meanwhile, until better days come and a little sunshine appears in their story, I savour the extraordinary beauty and talent that Baris Baktas possesses...he's hot, hot, hot.
I even fast forward Harun and Yasmine 's part too. Everything is becoming boring until the writers decide to introduce their ridiculous twist. This time hopefully it will be the revelation of Cavehir.
Dilan could have been written with more confidence as the character develops. He stubborn behaviours are never from a place if strength and always misdirected. She scolds Baran and no one else, and sometimes the corny lines she is given is a pain to listen to. This far in the series she should know her husband and be smarter about people especially after what she went through. Look Gul is telling her not to fight with Baran over Cevahir as he is not worth it. The character of Dilan so far is just spinning in the same spot
Dilan stop protecting your boss /Cevahir, your husband was right to have a go with him he is nasty piece of work. He is trying every trick on the book to destroy your relationship with Baran and he is succeeding. Uncle Kudret is a more than a father figure to Firat than his own Dad Hasan. The difference between the acting skills of Baris and Yagmur is striking. It resurfaces exactly in the dramatic, tensed scenes. He's a few levels above her.

Dilan character is not that bad she can act naturally but the overacting, the too much trying to act cute and smart make it worse. Plus I wish the lead actress is a bit beautiful though. Anyway I fast forward most of her part😂
It's a pity that Dilan is such an annoying and an uninteresting character, because it even influences the all development of Dilbar who has become such a monotonous and boring couple... For Dilan I would like a character that looks more mature, an intelligent woman with a natural sensuality to create some passion and desire in this couple... Even my cat who probably has only 2 functioning braincells is more intelligent and interesting than Dilan. I think she would’ve made a perfect pair with Cevahir. Baran is too good for her. I don’t think I've seen a dumber or a more irritating character in my life. It doesn’t help that Yagmur is a terrible actress.
I have felt from the beginning that Yagmur (Dilan) acts with her upper lip. All of her expressions range from grimace to more grimace. The actress is not strong, her smile is beautiful, but they don't give her enough moments to be using it. No, she is not the most gifted of this bunch. Neither is Gramma.....boy she has one note in her repertoire, angry and mean,....
Gul and Yasemin are more likeable characters and the actresses play way more naturally than Yagmur...and they are like that till the very end of season 2.

Dilan is such a mess, Baran is right she is such a stubborn person. Furthermore, in some romantic moments she hesitates to perform naturally there is a clear hesitation seen in her smile means like she is forced to smile. she is a bit reluctant to perform romantic scenes properly. Although director tried hard to get it covered but we can observer that the happiness, affection and attraction which is a normal and essential thing between the love birds is not there.
Yes, she wants to have a normal life, career, job but she is too stubborn to see that it is not possible in the current circumstances. Later on she will be shooting to the "boss" she is defending so hard now. She definitely needs more time to learn some things than Baran 😅
I know that Yagmur is only acting out the script written for the character Dilan, so this not a criticism of Yagmur; she's doing a great job createng a likable character based on the script.. What I don't understand is what the writers are trying to do with her character? Why do the script writers create a character that is constantly at odds with everything her husband does??? It's perplexing that in the writers' attempts to create character that is strong, independent, stubborn woman going her way; what they actually created was a Dilan who sometimes lacks moral clarity in her decisions: lying by omission to Baran about Sabiha (hiring a hit man to kill him - no small thing) and the threats she was under from Sabiha, also not telling Baran that Sabiha was her mother while Baran is looking high and low for her mom. Dilan sometimes is sanctimonious: she lies by omission but rationalizes that she knows best because telling her husband the truth would be dangerous. These are plot credibility gaps.
I hate Dilan on the way she talks to Baran about that monster Cevahir. Who cares about him. She doesn’t know all the tricks that Cevahir is doing to her so that he should struggle in everything that includes the job. But I like the way Baran is doing to the monster.

Sometimes Dilan is beyond stubborn and does NOT support her husband's intelligence which makes her arrogant to a fault. Don't feel anything for her when she finally learns (many times over) that she is not as bright as she thinks she is. Naive is not an excuse. It is dangerous. My view.
